Job summary

Revlon is seeking an experienced eCommerce Business Development Manager (Amazon) to accelerate growth across our Mass Beauty portfolio, owning the Amazon channel P&L and driving revenue and brand visibility. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, you will collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to execute growth strategies, optimize the digital shelf, and lead Joint Business Planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in eCommerce or business development.
Proven success growing Amazon businesses at scale.
FMCG/Beauty/Consumer goods experience.
Strong analytical, Excel, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of Revlon’s Amazon business with P&L accountability.
Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with brand priorities and pricing.
Drive sales and market share through assortment, promotions, and launches.
Build strategic relationships with Amazon and internal stakeholders.
Lead Joint Business Planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
Optimize digital shelf content, imagery, A+ content, and SEO.
Analyze performance, trends, shopper behavior, and competition.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance for flawless execution.
