Job summary

Room Mate Hotels is seeking a Senior Digital Content Marketing Manager to lead global content strategy, shaping brand storytelling from inspiration to booking and beyond. The role oversees SEO, analytics, and conversion-focused content to boost direct bookings and engage travelers across all digital touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with Brand, Performance, CRM, E-commerce and Revenue teams, manage agencies, and steer content for new openings and expansion projects in an international setting.

Qualifications

+5 years in Digital Content Marketing (hospitality, travel or lifestyle is a plus)
Strong expertise in SEO, analytics, and conversion-driven content
Strategic mindset with hands-on execution
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, CMS (WordPress)
Fluent English
