Click&Boat in Barcelona is seeking a Head of Brand & Content to shape our global brand strategy and lead a 7-person team across Digital Campaigns, Partnerships, Social Media, Influence, PR, and Content.

This senior role focuses on 360° activations, cross-functional collaboration with Product, SEO and CRM, and driving unpaid demand while ensuring a consistent tone of voice across renter and owner communications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across consumer brand, content or integrated marketing.
• Experience building or scaling a consumer brand across multiple geographies.
• Full proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of 7 and manage external partners.
• Define brand strategy and a creative platform for campaigns and content.
• Collaborate with Product, SEO and CRM to align content with brand goals.
• Drive unpaid demand and top-of-mind awareness across international markets.
