HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems is seeking an innovative Marketing Manager to oversee the EMEA region and promote our brand and services. You will drive marketing strategy, campaigns, and collateral to boost website traffic and generate quality leads across multiple channels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in marketing or related field, 5+ years as a marketing manager in hospitality, and strong HubSpot expertise. Fluent English and collaboration across teams are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
• Minimum five years as a marketing manager in Hospitality (EMEA experience preferred).
• Proficient with marketing automation software (HubSpot).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Work with sales and account management to create PR, media, and marketing opportunities.
• Align campaigns, assets, communications, and messaging to branding initiatives across EMEA.
• Develop marketing collateral and sales tools to promote HRS International.
• Plan and coordinate online and onsite events such as webinars, tradeshows, seminars, and customer events.
• Report on periodic activities, results, and ROI for marketing.
• Manage content of marketing sections of websites.
• Plan and implement software product launches.
• Collaborate with Sales to review needs, prioritize, and deliver.
• Implement marketing strategies to meet demand generation and revenue targets.
• Support global content and collateral strategy for key partners.
• Assist solution engineering with collateral such as battle cards and fact sheets.
