Job summary

SAP is seeking a senior leader to own the global Corporate demand management strategy, aligning market potential with revenue targets and coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Customer Success and Services.

You will lead a global community of Regional Demand Leaders, drive integrated demand plans, and govern pipeline health with analytics and AI-driven insights to enable scalable execution across regions.

Qualifications

15+ years of leadership in enterprise software or SaaS.
Experience in leading global, matrix organisations.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own the global Corporate demand management strategy across operating model, governance and integrated plan.
Translate market potential, whitespace and target accounts into pipeline requirements and targets by region and route to market.
Lead Regional Corporate Demand Leaders through shared planning frameworks and governance cadences for consistent execution at scale.
Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Digital Hub, Partners, Customer Success and Services around one coordinated plan with clear ownership.
