Straumann Group is seeking a seasoned CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation strategies for SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications within Global Business Applications. You will lead validation activities, ensure compliance with GxP and regulatory standards, and contribute to major initiatives like S/4HANA as part of the global IT delivery framework.

The role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery and requires strong leadership,

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and guidelines like 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
• Familiar with several software development methodologies and ability to adapt them for CSV.
• Fluent English spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and review all levels of validation documentation with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams.
• Continuous Improvement of CSV standards and alignment with IT and QA departments.
• Drive Test Management for Business Applications and initiatives like S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance and IT to align deliverables as CSV guidelines.
• Coordinate local CSV and QA representatives to meet global CSV requirements.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Collaborate with SAP and other stakeholders to ensure compliance and project quality.
• Participate in internal and external audits if needed.
