Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions across enterprise applications, including SAP and Salesforce. You will enable global test management capabilities for Straumann’s Global Business Applications department and contribute to major initiatives during the digital transformation journey.

You will report to the Head of Global Business Applications, Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery, bringing 10+ years of CSV, QM, and project

Formación

10+ years of experience in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
2+ years in a leadership role.
Fluent English spoken and written.
Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex11.
Experience establishing and maintaining GxP regulations.

Responsabilidades

Manage validation documentation across all SDLC levels with stakeholders.
Provide CSV guidance to project teams during delivery.
Improve CSV standards in line with IT and QA.
Define, drive and implement Test Management for Business Applications incl. S/4HANA in alignment with ALM strategy.
Coordinate with QA, Compliance to align CSV deliverables.
Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and test approaches.
Collaborate with IT SAP and other business application teams to ensure compliance.
Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
