Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions across SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications within Global Business Applications. The role leads CSV strategy and ensures compliance while mentoring IT and QA teams in a hybrid work model.

Candidate must have 10+ years in CSV/QA/PM, strong GxP knowledge, and experience with regulated industries; fluency in English; travel may be required.

Formación

• 10+ years of CSV, QM, Test and Project Management experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in GxP requirements and regulatory guidelines.
• Experience with enterprise applications like SAP and S/4HANA and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and review validation documentation across SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and drive test management initiatives.
• Improve CSV standards in alignment with IT and QA.
• Define and implement test management for business applications and major initiatives.
