Straumann Group seeks an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP, Salesforce and other enterprise applications. The role supports Global Test Management and capabilities for the Global Business Applications department.

10+ years in CSV and leadership are required, with strong GxP knowledge and English fluency. The position is Full Time, Hybrid in Madrid with two remote days per week and possible travel.

Formación

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, Annex 11.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and review all levels of validation documentation in collaboration with stakeholders (Validation Strategy, Test Plans, User Requirements, Functional, Installation Specifications, SOPs and Qualification Documents).
• Provide CSV guidance to implementation or update project teams.
• Improve CSV standards and processes to align with IT and QA and regulatory changes.
• Lead Test Management for Business Applications and initiatives like S/4HANA within ALM strategy.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Test Management and Compliance teams to align deliverables as CSV guidelines.
• Coordinate local CSV and QA representatives to fulfill global CSV compliance requirements.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and Test approaches.
• Collaborate with IT SAP and business application stakeholders to ensure compliance and project quality.
• Participate in internal and external audits as needed.
