Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions across SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise applications. You will enable Global Test Management capabilities within Straumann’s Global Business Applications department and lead major initiatives in a digital transformation journey.

The role reports to the Head of Global Business Applications Processes, Toolchain, and Delivery, with hybrid work locations and international collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, QM, or related field.
• 10+ years of CSV, QM, Test and Project Management experience, with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11 for computerized systems.
• Experience with validation documentation and SDLC.
• Ability to navigate regulated industries and drive compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage validation documentation across the SDLC with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance to project teams and QA partners.
• Drive Test Management for Business Applications like SAP and S/4HANA.
• Lead continuous improvement of CSV standards and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate global CSV compliance across local reps and teams.
• Provide training and coaching on CSV standards and test approaches.
