Straumann Group is seeking a CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validated software solutions like SAP, Salesforce and S/4HANA, enabling Global Test Management for the Global Business Applications department. The ideal candidate has deep CSV expertise and leadership experience in regulated environments.

You will guide validation activities, collaborate with IT, QA and compliance teams, and drive continuous improvement of CSV standards across the enterprise.

Formación

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management, with leadership experience.
• Strong expertise in GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11 requirements.
• Establishing GxP regulations, CSV and documentation best practices.
• Proven project- and test-management capabilities across complex programs.
• Familiar with multiple software development methodologies and adaptation for CSV.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across orgs.
• Demonstrates resilience and problem-solving in regulated environments.
• Fluent English; other languages (DE) are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and validate CSV activities and test management for enterprise apps.
• Provide guidance on CSV implementation for SAP, Salesforce and S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with IT, QA and compliance to align deliverables.
• Champion continuous improvement of CSV standards and processes.
• Partner with QA and Compliance to meet global requirements.
• Coordinate cross-location CSV representation and audits as needed.
• Train and coach stakeholders on CSV standards and test approaches.
• Engage with SAP and business app stakeholders to ensure compliance.
• Support internal and external audits when required.
