Straumann Group is seeking an experienced CSV and Test Management Lead to drive validation of enterprise applications such as SAP and Salesforce. You will manage validation documentation, guide project teams, and ensure compliance across IT and QA functions in a global context.

The role requires 10+ years in CSV, QM, and Project Management, with strong leadership. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus. Hybrid work from Spain with potential travel for audits.

Formación

• 10+ years in CSV, QM, Test and Project Management.
• Experience with 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5 and Annex 11.
• Leadership role for at least 2 years.
• Familiar with SAP, S/4HANA and enterprise applications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead validation activities for enterprise applications, collaborating with stakeholders.
• Provide CSV guidance and ensure compliance across IT and QA teams.
• Drive test management and validation strategy aligned with ALM.
• Contribute to audits and continuous improvement of CSV standards.
• Coordinate global CSV compliance requirements with local reps.
