Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director of Business Operations & CRM Systems, International to join our International Business Operations team in a hybrid work model. Location options include UK, Germany or Spain.

You will enable the launch and scale-up of new franchises while shaping CRM and commercial technology capabilities across International markets, collaborating with Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, Medical, and affiliate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• 4–8 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, CRM or platform enablement, or Business Transformation.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Veeva or Salesforce Health Cloud; translate business needs into functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business operations processes for planning, forecasting, reporting cadences, and governance.
• Evaluate and support CRM, planning, reporting, and collaboration platforms with IT and vendor partners.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption to embed new processes and systems.
• Support strategy, rollout, and governance of CRM and commercial technology programs across International markets.
