Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Spain is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Liaison Operations to lead country-cluster CTL activities.

You will manage field-based CTL teams, collaborate across study teams, vendors, and investigator sites, and ensure quality delivery in a remote EU-focused setup. The role requires eight years in clinical operations, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of GCP/regulations, with fluent business English and additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and eight years’ relevant clinical operations experience.
• Two to three years’ direct people-management accountability; master’s preferred.
• Extensive global trial operations and field-team leadership knowledge.
• GCP knowledge and regional/local regulations.
• Strong scientific communication, organization, and investigator relationship skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead Clinical Trial Liaison performance and workload planning with quality delivery.
• Oversee vendor staff against SLAs and address performance concerns.
• Implement standardized feasibility, site selection, recruitment, and retention processes.
• Advise cross-functional forums on study, country, capacity, and resource strategies.
• Build investigator relationships, conduct remote and on-site co-visits, support audits.
• Report monthly metrics and maintain liaison workload; drive continuous improvement.
