Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Business Operations & CRM Systems, International, to join our International Business Operations team in a hybrid role.

You will help launch and scale new franchises while shaping CRM and commercial technology capabilities across International markets, collaborating with Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, Medical, and affiliate teams. In this role you will partner with franchise leadership to design and implement robust operating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-8 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Operations, CRM or platform enablement, or Business Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business operations processes including planning, forecasting, reporting cadences, and governance.
• Evaluate and support CRM, planning, reporting, and collaboration platforms with IT and vendor partners.
• Build scalable playbooks, SOPs, and templates to support franchise expansion across markets and affiliates.
• Act as the operational point of contact during franchise stand-up, coordinating across teams.
• Lead change management, training, and adoption initiatives for new processes and systems.
