Job summary

Hexagon World Series seeks an ambitious COO to drive the next phase of growth for its global padel property. You will oversee day-to-day operations across events, commercial delivery and partnerships, balancing strategy with execution as Hexagon expands internationally.

The role requires proven leadership of cross-functional teams in fast‑paced environments, strong budgeting and forecasting skills, and the ability to implement scalable processes that boost productivity and elevate world-class

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience within sport, entertainment, events, media, or high-growth businesses.
Proven track record in cross-functional leadership and large-scale project delivery.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations across all functional areas and translate strategic objectives into operational plans.
Oversee tournament and event delivery, budgets, risk assessments, and timelines.
Drive commercial and partnerships delivery, ensuring sponsor obligations are met and value is maximized.
Build scalable processes, drive efficiency, and lead organizational growth and transformation.
Act as deputy to the CEO and mentor department heads.
