Damco Spain SL is looking for a SWE Area CI Lead to be responsible for the performance of the distribution center in Madrid. The position requires strong leadership in continuous improvement strategies and managing operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include deploying Lean management principles, managing Six Sigma projects, and coaching teams on best practices. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and LSS GreenBelt certification along with project management experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or similar required.
• LSS GreenBelt certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in project management and analytics.

Responsabilidades
