Ferrer is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Corporate Marketing Excellence team. This role will drive the global content strategy and build a best-in-class Content Excellence model across brands, ensuring consistency, quality, compliance, modularity, reusability, and measurable impact.

Formación

• Strong experience in international pharmaceutical marketing, esp. Specialty Care or Rare Diseases.
• Expertise in content strategy, omnichannel marketing and customer-centric communications.
• Experience designing Content Excellence, Content Operations and Content Governance models.
• Hands-on with content and marketing platforms such as Veeva Vault, CLM, CMS, DAM, CRM, Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of MLR review, regulatory and compliance in pharma.
• Strong analytics to define KPIs and optimize engagement.
• Experience in global–local operating models with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global marketing content strategy aligning with Ferrer priorities.
• Own end-to-end content lifecycle from strategy to reuse across brands.
• Design and implement a robust content governance model.
• Orchestrate omnichannel content experiences across channels.
• Drive Content Operations and contribute to the Business Platform.
• Define and monitor content KPIs and analytics.
• Collaborate with Brand Leads, Digital, Data & AI, Medical Excellence, and Compliance.
