Ferrer is seeking a dynamic leader to join our Corporate Marketing Excellence team in Barcelona. You will drive the global content strategy, develop a best-in-class Content Excellence model, and partner with Brand, Digital, and Compliance to accelerate AI-driven solutions and content-driven engagement across markets.

The role focuses on governance, end-to-end content lifecycle, and measuring impact through KPIs to improve efficiency and business performance within the new Business Platform.

Formación

• Proven international pharmaceutical marketing experience in regulated environments.
• Expertise in content strategy, omnichannel marketing and audience engagement.
• Experience designing Content Excellence, Operations and Governance models.
• Hands-on with content platforms such as Veeva Vault, CMS/DAM/CRM, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements (MLR workflow).
• Data-driven with ability to define KPIs and optimize content performance.
• Experience in global-local operating models and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent English required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global marketing content strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Own end-to-end content lifecycle: strategy, creation, approval, distribution, reuse.
• Design and implement global governance for content standards and workflows.
• Orchestrate omnichannel content experiences across digital and offline channels.
• Drive Content Operations and contribute to the new Business Platform.
• Define and monitor content KPIs, measure impact and optimize engagement.
• Drive innovation using AI and emerging tech to improve personalization and delivery.
• Partner with Brand, Digital, Data & AI, Medical, Compliance for alignment.
