Simon-Kucher is a global consultancy seeking a Manager Global Compensation & Rewards in Spain (Madrid) to shape, govern, and enhance our global compensation landscape. You will oversee compensation across regions, ensuring alignment with our total rewards philosophy, market benchmarks, and evolving regulatory requirements.

You will work with the Rewards team to ensure effective delivery and continuous development of global compensation and benefits structures, including SAP SuccessFactors

Formación

• 6–8+ years of HR experience with strong focus on Compensation & Benefits in global/regional roles.
• Proven track record managing global compensation frameworks, bonus programs, and reward cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own and enhance global compensation frameworks, bonus and incentive programs, and salary review cycles.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including EU Pay Transparency Directive) and align with global rewards strategy.
• Own and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module and EC structures.
• Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with global and local stakeholders to drive decision-making and clear communications.
