Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support our employees and lead compensation and benefits initiatives across the organisation. You’ll help keep the employee life cycle running smoothly and ensure competitive rewards aligned with market practices.

Working with senior stakeholders worldwide, you will own end-to-end annual compensation planning, benchmarking, and salary reviews while upholding compliance and developing scalable processes for a fast-growing company.

Formación

• 2+ years of corporate experience in Rewards or HR.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and data management skills.
• Ability to address issues with creativity and innovation.
• Collaborative attitude and ability to build strong internal/external partnerships.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Advanced MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and develop controls.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of innovative compensation and benefits policies
• Ensure global consistency and compliance while shaping rewards strategy
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders worldwide on high-impact projects
• Leverage market knowledge to support business goals and market positioning
• Provide end-to-end annual compensation planning and administration support (benchmarking, surveys, bonus calculations, salary reviews)
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures, policies and data
• Serve as go-to expert for compensation and benefits queries
