Arxada is seeking a Global Rewards Senior Specialist to shape and support our worldwide compensation programs. You will deliver analytics, market intelligence, and governance across HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and business leaders, ensuring competitive, equitable pay structures and data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate on global surveys, market pricing, and mobility programs while driving continuous improvement and standardized processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting global compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of global compensation practices, market pricing methodologies, governance, and regulations.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across a global organization.
• Experience with compensation surveys, market benchmarking, and HR technology platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct job evaluations, market benchmarking, and compensation analyses to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Support the design, governance, and administration of global compensation programs and cycles.
• Develop compensation analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting for actionable insights.
• Lead pay equity and governance activities, ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, HRIS, and leaders to provide guidance on compensation topics.
• Participate in global compensation surveys and market pricing initiatives.
• Support global mobility programs through vendor management and compliance oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement through process standardization and automation.
