Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks globally. You’ll keep the employment life cycle running smoothly while helping others grow and develop in their careers.

In this role you’ll be the first point of contact for employee queries, coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations, manage time and attendance, and implement HR projects and policies. Experience in HR operations and HRIS is highly valued.

Formación

• 2+ years in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Experience delivering HR operations with SLAs and measurable metrics.
• Knowledge of employment law and local HR practices.
• Experience administering HR operations using automated tools.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries in your region and globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations: pre-onboarding, onboarding, people services, off-boarding.
• Manage internal tools such as time and attendance.
• Prepare HR documentation and maintain HR records.
• Implement HR projects and policies.
