Fever is seeking a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead our international compensation strategy and benefits offerings from Madrid. You’ll shape job architecture, salary structures, benchmarking, and programs that scale with our growth while ensuring equity and market competitiveness.
You will partner with senior leaders to drive decisions and deliver data-driven insights. You will own the compensation framework globally, manage stock options, and oversee governance across 35+
Formación
- Degree in Business, Economics or related field.
- 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits with global programs.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benchmarking and benefits.
- Fluent English (C1 or above) required and collaboration across cultures.
Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve Fever’s global compensation and benefits strategy.
- Lead development and governance of organizational and salary structures.
- Own job architecture and mapping framework for career progression and equity.
- Design, develop, and implement performance and reward programs.
- Oversee compensation frameworks, including salary reviews and stock options.
