Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager in Madrid. You will own Fever's global compensation and benefits strategy, ensure equitable salary structures, and align programs with business goals.

This role collaborates with senior leadership to drive growth and global consistency. You will shape job architecture, benchmarking, and rewards, oversee stock option plans, and develop dashboards to monitor pay equity and

Formación

Have a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with global scope.
Strong knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benchmarking, and benefits.
Experience designing frameworks and processes beyond execution.

Responsabilidades

Own and lead Fever's global compensation and benefits strategy.
Develop and govern organization-wide salary structures and job architecture.
Own Fever's job mapping framework and career progression principles.
Partner with People team and senior leadership to design performance and reward programs.
Lead design and evolution of compensation frameworks, including stock options and promotions.
Benchmark compensation and monitor market intelligence across markets.
Act as expert partner to senior management on complex compensation decisions.
Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor pay equity and related indicators.
