Fever, a leading global platform for culture and live entertainment, seeks a Business Operations Manager to optimize core commercial processes, drive high-impact projects across up to 40 countries, and lead a small team. You will partner with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires a STEM degree, 8+ years of experience, strong SQL/VBA, and English/Spanish fluency. Madrid-based with potential travel; home-office friendly and competitive compensation.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Data Analytics or related STEM field.
• 8+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or similar roles in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in SQL and VBA/AppScript (Python is a plus).
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of implementing improvements.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; able to engage diverse audiences.
• Results-oriented, proactive with a passion for empowering teams and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Fluency in English/Spanish required; other languages are a bonus.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize the core processes of Fever's commercial teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and deliver impactful solutions across markets.
• Lead end-to-end projects to enhance performance in up to 40 countries.
• Manage and mentor a team of up to five people.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in a multinational environment.
