HBX Group in Spain seeks a Commercial Strategy Manager to design and implement prioritisation frameworks for Eco-system units and oversee strategic opportunities.

You'll work with Sales, Sourcing, Fintech, Mobility & Experiences and CoE centers to align priorities, drive projects, and ensure high-quality roadmaps and go-to-market plans. Strong data analysis, communication, and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Experience designing commercial strategy frameworks and leading strategic projects.
• Experience managing and developing people in global organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of commercial prioritization frameworks across eco-system products and markets.
• Designs and ensures adherence of commercial strategies to quality frameworks.
• Manage consolidated roadmap for business unit commercial plans.
• Lead discovery, planning and execution of strategic opportunities with cross-functional leads.
• Develop strategy, performance and status reporting for leadership forums.
