Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing commercial strategy and strategic projects at a global organization or in a Strategy Consulting firm.
• Proven experience in commercial strategy frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience managing and developing people in a multicultural and global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of commercial prioritization frameworks across Eco-system products, markets and segments with business unit leaders.
• Design, implements and ensures adherence of Eco-system commercial strategies to quality frameworks via planning methodologies and collaboration.
• Manage the consolidated roadmap for business unit commercial plans ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and quality standards.
• Lead strategic discovery, planning, quantification and execution of opportunities with TO Control and Project Center of Excellence.
• Develop strategy, performance and status reporting for workstreams and projects for leadership forums.
