HBX Group is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to design and implement prioritization frameworks across ecosystem products, markets and segments. You will collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Fintech, Mobility & Experiences, and Centres of Excellence to align priorities and drive strategic projects.

The role requires leading financial, risk and opportunity quantification and presenting outcomes to the Transformation Office and Executive committees.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA highly preferable.
• Experience in commercial strategy frameworks and global projects.
• Proven leadership in multicultural teams and strategic delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and implementation of commercial prioritization frameworks across Eco-system products, markets and segments.
• Ensure adoption of quality frameworks and alignment with strategic priorities.
• Own the discovery, planning, quantification and execution of strategic opportunities.
• Provide reporting to Transformation Office and senior leadership bodies.
