HBX Group in Spain is seeking a Commercial Strategy Manager to design and implement prioritisation frameworks for ecosystem units and to quantify strategic opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, Sourcing, Fintech, Mobility & Experiences and Center of Excellence teams to align priorities, drive critical programs and ensure high-quality go-to-market plans. This role reports to Transformation Office leadership and shapes executive-level decisions.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial strategy and strategic projects.
• Experience managing global programs and cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and implementation of commercial prioritisation frameworks.
• Collaborate with sales, sourcing, fintech and mobility leads to align priorities.
• Oversee roadmaps and governance across business units.
• Quantify opportunities and drive strategic projects to delivery.
• Prepare status reports for Transformation Office and leadership forums.
