Planet Pharma is seeking a Clinical Contracts Specialist for a fully remote freelance role. You will draft, review, negotiate, and manage clinical and vendor agreements across international teams.

You will lead negotiations on specialty terms, assess risk, and collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Clinical Operations to ensure timely execution.

This position offers potential extension and exposure to diverse programs in a fast-paced, global environment.

Formación

• Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of contractual terms, risk assessment, and legal language.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance business priorities with compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams.
• Minimum 2–4 years' experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or clinical agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute a broad range of clinical and vendor-related agreements.
• Lead negotiations for specialty agreements and complex contractual terms.
• Evaluate contractual risk, review redlines, and provide practical solutions.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and issue resolution.
• Support FMV assessments and budget-related contract discussions.
• Manage contracts throughout their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, CROs, consultants, and clinical partners to establish contractual agreements.
• Support outsourcing initiatives, including proposal evaluation, supplier selection, and contract finalisation.
• Escalate complex contractual issues to senior stakeholders where appropriate.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
