Job summary

Precision for Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager (Oncology) to oversee full-service clinical trials from negotiation to delivery. The role supports international studies, budgets, timelines, and client relationships, with a focus on high-quality operational execution.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with sponsors, and drive study protocols and documentation while ensuring GCP compliance.

Qualifications

Degree or similar life science qualification or equivalent experience.
Prev. full-service/global PM role in CRO essential.
At least 4 years full-service PM in clinical trials (CRO).
Experience managing oncology studies.
Working understanding of GCP/ICH guidelines and clinical development process.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Strong computer skills: MS Office, MS Project, PowerPoint; software: CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IXRS.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical projects across global/regional (Ph I–IV) trials within Oncology.
Serve as primary client contact for proposal activities and presentations.
Coordinate with project team and senior management from Precision and sponsors.
Oversee all aspects of a clinical trial or trials; total project management across data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring, biostatistics.
Prepare project status updates and define deliverables and success metrics.
Contribute to study protocols and other study documentation (plans, informed consents, site contracts, budgets).
