Job summary

TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size CRO seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive end-to-end clinical study delivery from a home-based EU position. You will coordinate Site Management, Data Management, Statistics, Medical Writing, Regulatory and Safety teams to achieve milestones within budget and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management (ideally within clinical research / CRO).
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations (e.g., ICH-GCP).
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, and budget are met.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, including financials and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Allocate and manage project resources in collaboration with line managers.
• Report progress and elevate issues where needed.
• Support business development activities, including proposals and bid defenses.
• Mentor junior Project Managers when required.
