Allfunds Group is seeking a Global Client Services Specialist 2 in Madrid to provide comprehensive support to institutional clients on our global investment platform. You will serve as a primary contact for a portfolio of global clients, resolving inquiries and coordinating with internal teams to ensure high-quality service.

The role requires a Finance/business background, 2–4 years client-facing experience in financial services, strong communication in English, and CRM proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years in a client-facing role within financial services.
• English proficiency; additional languages are advantageous.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary contact for global institutional clients via phone, email, and internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex client issues related to fund execution, reporting, data discrepancies, and platform functionalities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Product, and IT to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requests.
• Proactively identify potential client service issues and implement preventative measures to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.
• Onboard new clients, providing guidance on platform usage and service offerings.
