Allfunds is seeking an Operations Specialist in Madrid to manage trade processing, confirmations, and client communications within a fast-paced WealthTech environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration to support fund operations.

Ideal candidates will have a finance or business degree, strong English, and proven organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines and complex settlements with integrity and teamwork.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in operations, trade processing, or a similar role within the financial industry.
• Proficiency with financial software and data management tools.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure client trades are processed accurately and timely to transfer agents.
• Verify and send trade confirmations to clients for subscriptions or redemptions.
• Maintain clear client communications regarding trade statuses.
• Update and maintain accurate trade and confirmation records.
• Ensure operations comply with regulations and internal policies.
• Prepare and analyze reports on trade activity and performance.
• Address discrepancies and resolve issues in trade processing.
