Allfunds Bank SAU is seeking a Service Manager to coordinate assets migrations within the Fund Partners organization worldwide, ensuring migrations occur on time and services are delivered efficiently and in line with SLAs. You will support global Key Account Managers and act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, operations, external service providers and senior management.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, operational leadership, problem solving, and solid knowledge

Formación

• At least 5 years experience in fund platform business.
• Good know-how on funds operation, asset management business.
• Solid English skills (both in writing and speaking).
• Any other language skills are a plus.

• Act as primary point of contact for service-related matters with our external Fund Partner, ensuring relevant fund requests are handled on time.
• Support contract amendments.
• Ensure third party incidents and service issues are properly managed and escalated.

The service manager is responsible for coordinating assets migrations within the Fund Partners organization globally making sure migrations happens on time. The role ensure that services are delivered efficiently, reliably and in accordance with agreed service level and business objectives The Service Managers support the global Key Account Managers with their daily activities, he/she acts as key interface between business stakeholders, operations, external service providers and senior management. The position requires strong stakeholders management, operational leadership, problem solving and a sound understanding of financial services and fund platform business
