Job summary

Qualifications

5–10+ years of change management, communications, or organizational transformation experience.
Strong understanding of Pharma R&D environments with preferred CD&O and DS&AI exposure.
University degree in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Shape and lead global change strategies for CD&O and DS&AI initiatives.
Assess impact, readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship needs across global groups.
Advise sponsors and leadership to strengthen alignment and sustainable adoption.
Develop global communication, engagement, and enablement materials for change.
Orchestrate learning and enablement activities aligned with new processes and tools.
Define metrics to evaluate adoption and program outcomes.
Lead change management across multiple initiatives and portfolios.
