Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Global Change Management Lead in Barcelona to shape and execute strategic change across Clinical Development & Operations and Data Science & AI within Pharma R&D. You will partner with sponsors, product owners, and teams to drive adoption of new ways of working, processes, tools, and capabilities on a global scale.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of change management, communications, or organizational transformation experience.
• Strong understanding of Pharma R&D environments preferred.
• Experience with structured change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Bayer Change Framework).

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead global change strategies for CD&O and DSAI initiatives across Pharma R&D.
• Assess change impact, readiness, adoption risks, and sponsorship needs with integrated plans.
• Advise program sponsors, product owners, and leadership to strengthen decision-making and sustainable adoption.
• Develop and oversee global communication, engagement, and enablement materials translating complex change into actionable messages.
• Lead learning and enablement activities, defining capability needs and aligning with partners.
• Define and monitor adoption metrics, refine interventions, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Manage change across multiple initiatives with prioritization and transparency.
