Job summary

Roche is seeking a Principal Digital OCM Lead to drive organizational change management across Pharma Technical Operations. You will lead behavioral and cultural transformation, embed data-driven change strategies, and ensure smooth adoption of digital shopfloor tools and AI-enabled solutions across global operations.

You will partner with PTE leadership to shape adoption, governance, and training assets, enabling a data-informed culture while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Behavioral science principles applied in professional or operational context.
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years driving organizational change, digital transformation, or business adoption.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments without compromising quality.
• Proven change management frameworks (Prosci/ADKAR/Kotter) plus Agile/Lean/Design Thinking.
• Strong stakeholder management with influence across cross-functional teams.
• Business-fluent English; Spanish is a strong asset for Madrid.
• Experience using digital adoption platforms to measure user interactions.

Responsibilities

• Transformational Leadership: embed OCM for large-scale operations.
• Behavioral and cultural transformation to align workforce with strategy.
• Design, drive and scale change management for PT digital initiatives.
• Build change networks and sponsorship across the PT matrix.
• Conduct readiness assessments and measure adoption velocity.
• Translate data and digital solutions into clear adoption journeys.
• Define standardized OCM methodologies, blueprints and training assets.
• Drive adoption of AI tools, shopfloor automation, and data models.
