Roche is seeking a Principal Digital OCM Lead to drive human-centric change across Pharma Technical Operations. You will partner with the PTE leadership to embed change management for global transformations, post‑merger integrations, digital shifts, and process restructurings, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Behavioral science principles applied in professional contexts.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10+ years driving organizational change management, digital transformation, or business adoption.
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments with GxP and compliance.
• Fluent business English; Spanish is a strong asset for Madrid.
• Experience coaching leaders and scaling adoption across multi-site rollouts.

Responsabilités

• Embed OCM strategies for large-scale operations transformations and post-merger integrations.
• Apply behavioral insights to align mindsets with strategic change and data-driven culture.
• Design, drive, and scale change frameworks for PT digital initiatives.
• Build change networks and sponsorship across PT with site leaders and process owners.
• Conduct impact analyses, risk evaluations and readiness assessments across global PT.
• Establish clear communication architectures and learning strategies for adoption journeys.
• Define and implement standardized human-centric OCM methodologies and assets.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted tools and shopfloor automation across operations.
