Job summary

Roche seeks a Senior Digital & Data Performance Excellence Lead to act as an internal consultant, bridging digital strategy and hands-on implementation across Pharma Technical Operations. Qualifications

• 4+ years leading digital, data, or operational transformations in complex, matrixed environments.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical operations, biotech, healthcare IT, or highly regulated GxP industries.
• Experience combining Lean/Six Sigma with Agile, SAFe, Design Thinking, and Organizational Change Management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Program Ownership: scope, deliver, and realize value of high-impact digital initiatives with hands-on execution.
• Digital & Data Product Delivery: deploy data governance, AI/ML models, and shopfloor automation into manufacturing.
• Value Realization & Diagnostics: use metrics to build business cases and track value realization.
• Behavioral Change & Adoption: collaborate with OCM leads to scale adoption and translate analytics into product improvements.
• Quality & Regulatory Compliance: adhere to GxP, Data Integrity, and EU AI Act compliance.
• Scale & Industrialization: move pilots to fully scalable, network-wide digital products.
• Agile Coaching & Capability Building: train site teams in Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking.
