Job summary

Roche in Madrid is seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Partner to lead the transformation of our Global Learning Organisation within Pharma Technical Operations. This role drives the Hub & Spoke model and advances Learning 4.0, focusing on competency‑based development, digital adoption, and continuous capability building.

You will co‑own the OCM strategy, map stakeholders, train Change Champions, and embed change principles into projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience leading organizational change management in global matrices.
• Proven ability to drive behavioral and mindset shifts.
• Experience with ADKAR or equivalent change models.
• Understanding regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record in large-scale capability transformations.
• Strong multi-level communication and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the OCM strategy for the Learning Organisation.
• Conduct change impact analyses and stakeholder mappings.
• Define behavioral shifts across the enterprise and leadership.
• Establish a global network of Change Champions.
• Drive buy-in for the Global Hub & Spoke model.
• Partner with PM leads to embed change in project plans.
• Craft multi-channel communication strategy.
• Set up feedback loops to capture friction.
• Collaborate with learning design to promote interactive learning.
• Demonstrate value with business leaders through improved time-to-competence.
