Worldwide Recruitment Energy is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead the global category strategy for solar equipment and battery energy storage systems. This role focuses on supplier prequalification, risk assessment, and managing strategic relationships across regional procurement teams.

You will collaborate with engineering, finance, legal, and project teams to ensure sound contracts and risk allocation, while driving continuous improvement in deliveries and sustainability

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement & Supply Chain Management in the solar energy segment.
• Fluency in the English language.
• Customer orientation towards internal organizational units.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and sustainability principles and culture.
• Strategic and commercial mindset with a track record of initiatives.
• Proven procurement experience for solar equipment across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication, listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and follow-up of deliveries.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain the global category strategy for solar equipment and batteries storage systems.
• Manage strategic supplier relations and KPIs across regional procurement teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to negotiate contracts with appropriate terms and risk allocation.
• Advise project teams and management throughout procurement processes and execution.
• Prequalify suppliers and assess sustainability risks with mitigation strategies.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives in procurement.
