Job summary

Flywire is seeking a Benefits Operations professional to ensure global benefits programs run smoothly across 15+ countries. You will collaborate with People, Payroll, Finance and Legal to optimize processes, manage vendor relationships, and serve as the main escalation point for benefits and leave inquiries.

Required 2–4 years in benefits administration or HR operations, advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, HRIS experience (Workday is a plus), and fluency in English with multi-country exposure.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in benefits administration, HR operations, or Total Rewards.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for audits & reporting.
• Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).
• Fluency in English and multi-country benefits experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Escalations: Support daily benefits operations and act as the first escalation point for complex inquiries.
• Vendor & Leave Management: Coordinate vendor operations, eligibility files, and renewals; support leave logistics.
• Process Improvement & Compliance: Conduct benefit audits, reconciliations, and document processes.
• Recognition Strategy: Support rollout and administration of Flywire’s global recognition program.
