Redpin is seeking a senior partnerships leader to own onboarding and management of banking partners and cross-border payments capabilities, aligning with product plans and company growth. You will negotiate, sign, and manage global partnerships to support Redpin’s expanding platform users.

The role partners with Product, Engineering, Legal, Operations and Risk, driving relationship strategy and ensuring scalable, compliant partnerships across regions.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in payments, card networks or financial services.
• Thorough understanding of BaaS models with compliance and risk management.
• Experience negotiating commercial deals with bank partners and scaling them.

Responsabilidades

• You will own and drive all new and existing banking and fintech partnership integrations and relationships- from Tier 1 Banks offering global agreements to smaller start ups with regional footprints.
• Manage multiple stakeholders with varying priorities and drive creative solutions and commitment to a shared goal
• Use strategic and product creativity to design and develop new models for money movement and extension of banking partnerships use cases to Redpin’s direct and platform users
• Exhibit an operationally focused mindset, with an ability to lead teams through complex relationship management activities by setting a clear vision and running tight processes
