EVOTYM is seeking a Junior / Middle Recruiter to join our fast-paced, international team. You will manage full-cycle recruiting across fintech and crypto clients, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels while engaging both candidates and clients.

If you have 1–3 years in a recruitment agency, strong sourcing skills, fluent Russian and English, and a proactive, learn‑and‑grow mindset, you’ll thrive here as you build candidate pipelines and help

Formación

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in a recruitment agency (mandatory).
• Experience managing several vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills and confidence using LinkedIn.
• Fluent Russian and confident English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
• Genuine motivation to learn, grow, and continuously improve.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to the offer stage.
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening interviews and assess experience, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Present opportunities professionally and maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the process.
• Work closely with clients, hiring managers, and internal team members.
• Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Continuously improve sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
