PSD Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a portfolio of networking and security products in a global aviation context. You will shape strategy, roadmaps and commercial success while collaborating with engineers, marketing and BD teams across regions.

You will engage with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to drive future capabilities in networking, cybersecurity, AIOps and observability platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in LAN/WLAN, Cybersecurity or AIOps product management (B2B).
• Experience with platform products, observability or operational intelligence.
• Telecom or air transport tech domain experience is a plus.
• Strategic thinking with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial acumen and global market awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Own full lifecycle for networking and security products.
• Define strategy, drive roadmap, and ensure commercial success.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing and BD across borders.
• Translate market needs into prioritized features and releases.
• Develop business cases, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Support bid responses as SME for enterprise/government opportunities.
• Capture customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
