SITA in Madrid seeks a senior Product Manager for SITA Secure Access to drive the product lifecycle from concept through growth, shaping strategy, business cases and market messaging. You will collaborate with customers, sales, engineering and partners worldwide to deliver superior access control solutions.

You will lead market research, define requirements, prioritize features, and manage roadmaps ensuring regulatory alignment and strong commercial outcomes for global aviation and travel

Formación

• Experience in product management of technical B2B products.
• Ability to define, prioritize, and deliver complex product roadmaps across long life cycles, multiple stakeholders, and stringent regulatory frameworks.
• Hands on experience using product management tools such as Aha! and ADO to manage requirements, roadmaps, and delivery execution.
• Strong cross functional experience working closely with software engineering, operations, service management, regulatory, security, finance, sales, and external partners.
• Commercial acumen, with exposure to pricing strategies, business cases, profitability management, and investment governance.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, business case development, technical development, and go-to-market messaging for SITA Secure Access.
• Lead end-to-end product development, including market research, customer interviews, value proposition, use cases, and roadmaps.
• Define and prioritize features and development needs, maintaining a clear roadmap with budgets, quality standards, and regulatory constraints.
• Act as primary product contact for customers, sales, business development, engineering, and partners.
• Enable revenue growth by equipping sales teams with consistent product messaging and marketing content.
• Represent SITA at customer and industry forums with professional, credible interaction.
• Oversee product performance, profitability, KPIs, and opportunity risk identification.
• Lead governance, performance reviews, and senior leadership reporting.
