Proton Technologies AG is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Proton VPN B2B product. You will shape the roadmap at the intersection of Engineering, Growth, Data and Design, collaborating with R&D, Security, Back-End teams and others to bring high-potential features to market.

The role emphasizes strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and user-centric design, with a fast-paced environment and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Formación

• 7–10 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS, preferably in security and/or productivity contexts.
• Proven track-record of successful product and major feature launches in fast-paced environments.
• Strategic leader with an analytical, data-driven mindset and a track record for delivering products on time and with commercial success.
• Strong customer empathy, user-centric mindset, and high standards.
• Innate sense for good UX and a passion for design.
• Experience building and managing high-performing teams.
• Deep technical acumen; able to contribute to technical decisions; security background.

Responsabilidades

• Define a strategic vision and roadmap for the B2B aspect of Proton VPN.
• Ensure delivery of features that provide lasting value.
• Drive product innovation and develop features expanding value to new user segments.
