WebBeds is seeking a Product Delivery Manager – Security and Platform Engineering to own the security and platform engineering agenda from end to end. You will define the product strategy, manage the roadmap, and prioritise business value for security initiatives while guiding governance, planning, and execution.

This hybrid role blends product thinking with delivery leadership, requiring technical grounding to discuss trade-offs with engineers and to drive complex work on time and within scope.

Formación

• At least 3–5 years combining product ownership and delivery or project management in security or platform domains.
• Experience blending product management with project/program management in engineering environments.
• Strong roadmap planning and prioritisation balancing value and technical constraints.
• Practical delivery support in engineering-heavy settings.
• Knowledge of security concepts and platform engineering practices; able to discuss vulnerabilities and cloud architecture.
• Familiar with security tooling vendors and market positioning.
• Excellent business analysis skills; able to elicit requirements from engineers and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Proven ability to manage third-party relationships and vendors.
• Strong executive reporting and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap for security and platform engineering initiatives.
• Partner with Platform Engineering and Cybersecurity teams to translate tech into a solid roadmap.
• Drive end-to-end delivery through governance and execution oversight with Agile practices.
• Manage risks and dependencies, escalating with clear mitigations.
• Act as primary contact across Technology, Security, and business teams.
• Support resource planning and manage vendor relationships for security tooling.
• Produce executive-level reporting on roadmap progress and delivery status.
• Elicit and document requirements from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor delivery colleagues and share best practices across product/project management.
